FanSeats Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of FanSeats.co.uk and the services made available through the website.
By accessing or using FanSeats, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the website.
About FanSeats
FanSeats is an independent ticket comparison and information service.
FanSeats does not sell tickets and is not the ticket seller, ticket issuer, event organiser, venue or secondary ticket marketplace.
We compare ticket listings, prices and related information made available by third-party ticket sellers and marketplaces (“Ticket Providers”).
When you choose a ticket on FanSeats, you may be redirected to the relevant Ticket Provider to complete your purchase. Your purchase contract is then between you and that Ticket Provider, subject to that provider’s own terms and conditions.
FanSeats is not a party to that ticket purchase contract.
Ticket Providers
FanSeats may display listings from selected third-party ticket marketplaces and resellers.
We may review providers before displaying their inventory and may describe providers as trusted or verified where they satisfy our internal criteria. However, this does not mean that FanSeats guarantees every individual listing, transaction, ticket or action taken by a Ticket Provider.
Providers may be added, suspended or removed from FanSeats at our discretion.
Any guarantees, refund protections or buyer protection programmes displayed in connection with a Ticket Provider are offered subject to that provider’s own terms unless we explicitly state otherwise.
Ticket Information
We aim to make ticket information useful and accurate, but much of the information displayed on FanSeats is supplied by third parties.
This may include ticket prices, quantities, seating areas, sections, rows, ticket types, delivery methods, restrictions and availability.
Ticket inventory can change quickly. A ticket displayed on FanSeats may therefore become unavailable before you reach the Ticket Provider’s checkout.
You should review all ticket details on the Ticket Provider’s website before completing your purchase.
Prices
Ticket prices displayed on FanSeats are comparison prices obtained from or calculated using information supplied by Ticket Providers.
Secondary-market ticket prices may be higher or lower than the original face value.
Where FanSeats states that fees are included, this reflects the information available to us from the relevant provider at that time. The final amount payable is the amount shown by the Ticket Provider before you complete your purchase.
Prices may change at any time.
Currency conversions displayed on FanSeats are estimates unless otherwise stated. Where a Ticket Provider processes a transaction in a different currency, the final amount charged may also depend on the provider, your payment method and your bank or card issuer’s exchange rate or fees.
Price Comparison and Rankings
FanSeats may sort or highlight tickets using factors such as price, seat location, ticket quality, availability, provider information and other listing characteristics.
Labels such as Cheapest, Best Deal, Great Seats, ticket scores or similar indicators are intended to help users compare listings. They are not guarantees of value, quality, view, resale value or customer satisfaction.
Our algorithms, scoring methods and ranking criteria may change from time to time.
Sponsored relationships or commercial arrangements do not entitle a provider to misrepresent ticket information.
Affiliate Relationships
FanSeats may receive a commission or referral fee when you click through to a Ticket Provider or complete a purchase.
This does not normally increase the price you pay.
Commercial relationships help fund FanSeats, but we aim to present ticket comparison information in a useful and transparent manner.
Completing a Ticket Purchase
When you select View Tickets, Buy Tickets, Checkout or a similar button, you may leave FanSeats and enter a third-party website.
Before purchasing, you should check the Ticket Provider’s:
price, fees, currency, quantity, seating information, ticket restrictions, delivery method, refund policy, buyer guarantee and terms of sale.
The Ticket Provider is responsible for processing payment and fulfilling the ticket order.
Questions concerning payment, delivery, cancellation, refunds, ticket validity or an existing order should normally be directed to the Ticket Provider from whom you purchased.
Events and Event Changes
FanSeats does not control sporting events, concerts, venues, performers, competitions or event organisers.
Events may be postponed, cancelled, relocated, rescheduled or otherwise changed. Kick-off times, start times, venues, performers and participants may also change.
Event information displayed on FanSeats is provided for convenience and may be subject to change.
Your rights following an event change or cancellation will normally depend on the terms of the Ticket Provider, event organiser and applicable law.
Seating Maps and Seat Views
Stadium maps, seating diagrams, section maps, photographs and seat-view images on FanSeats are provided as guides.
They may not represent the exact view from an individual seat.
Venue configurations can change between events, particularly for concerts, boxing, hospitality areas and other events using temporary seating arrangements.
You should rely on the section, row, seat and restriction information supplied by the Ticket Provider before purchasing.
Tickets Seated Together
Where FanSeats indicates that tickets are seated together, this is based on listing information and rules supplied by the relevant Ticket Provider.
For multiple-ticket purchases, you should confirm the provider’s togetherness guarantee before completing your order.
A statement that one ticket is available does not imply any seating-together guarantee because togetherness only applies to multiple tickets.
Ticket Restrictions
Some tickets may have restrictions, including home-supporter areas, away-supporter areas, age restrictions, accessibility conditions, restricted views, hospitality requirements, membership conditions or other limitations.
We attempt to display restrictions where they are supplied to us, but you must review the Ticket Provider’s listing and checkout information before purchasing.
You are responsible for ensuring that the tickets you purchase are suitable for you and the people attending with you.
Accounts
Certain FanSeats features may require an account.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by something for which FanSeats is legally responsible.
We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe it is being misused, used fraudulently, used to interfere with FanSeats or used in breach of these Terms.
Price Tracking and Alerts
FanSeats may allow users to follow events and receive ticket-price information or alerts.
Price tracking is informational only.
Historical prices do not guarantee future prices, and statements concerning whether prices may rise or fall are not financial guarantees or promises that a particular ticket will remain available.
Alerts may be delayed, unavailable or affected by changes in third-party inventory.
You remain responsible for deciding whether and when to purchase tickets.
Website Availability
We aim to keep FanSeats available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the website where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, technical improvements or changes to third-party services.
We are not responsible for temporary interruptions outside our reasonable control.
Third-Party Websites
FanSeats contains links to websites operated by third parties.
We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, security or availability.
The inclusion of a Ticket Provider or link does not mean FanSeats is responsible for that provider’s contractual obligations to you.
Acceptable Use
You may use FanSeats for lawful personal or commercial research purposes consistent with these Terms.
You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious software, bypass technical protections, scrape or harvest data at a scale that materially affects the service, impersonate another person, or use FanSeats for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect FanSeats, its users or its partners.
Intellectual Property
The FanSeats name, branding, website design, software, databases, original content, scoring systems and other materials created by us are owned by or licensed to FanSeats and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Team names, competition names, venue names, artist names, trademarks and other third-party intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
FanSeats is not affiliated with or endorsed by a team, league, federation, venue, performer or event organiser unless expressly stated.
User Content and Feedback
If you voluntarily submit feedback, reviews, suggestions or other content to FanSeats, you confirm that you have the right to provide it.
You grant us permission to use that material for operating, improving and promoting FanSeats, subject to applicable privacy law.
We will not claim ownership of your personal information.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under consumer law.
FanSeats remains responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill where applicable.
However, because FanSeats is a comparison service rather than the ticket seller, we are not responsible for a Ticket Provider’s failure to fulfil its separate contract with you, except to the extent that the loss was caused by FanSeats itself or the law provides otherwise.
We are not responsible for losses resulting solely from event cancellation, postponement, venue decisions, performer changes, provider insolvency, ticket-delivery failures or other third-party actions outside our reasonable control.
If you use FanSeats for business purposes, additional limitations permitted by law may apply.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
Where you are acting as a consumer, applicable consumer-protection laws continue to apply regardless of anything stated in these Terms.
Privacy and Cookies
Our use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookie Policy or cookie settings.
Where you create an account, follow an event or request price alerts, we process the relevant information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary, for example because our services change or because legal or regulatory requirements change.
The latest version will be published on FanSeats with an updated revision date.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that you already have under applicable law.
If your complaint concerns a ticket purchase, payment, refund, delivery or ticket validity, you should normally contact the Ticket Provider that processed your transaction.
